The Melting pot is the concept that a country's people,races,and cultures to make one whole. In this concept people, in a way, will give up their identity and start a new life. They will be identified as Americans only and they will loose their previous identity. They have to adopt all American customs and life styles.

I've seen that difference and changes is something Americans enjoy. Like with President Barack Obama, this Nation experienced change, and for the most part everyone is happy with that change. Do you think that it would be good to have the first woman president? Why or why not?
